It All Began With A Kitten For
Christmas

My mom presented my son with a kitten for Christmas.
Jag is a Maine Coon cross, but we instantly fell in love with his dog like antics. We had never had a cat like him.

Then, our beautiful palomino stallion,
MP Hot Hayday aka Starbucks, passed away unexpectedly.

I was devastated to loose my heart horse and the core to our breeding program.

I knew I wanted another maine coon.

So i got 3!!

I mean, They are like chips, you can't have just one.

Morning coffee, "The mom bun", cuddles the kids and kittens, take way to many snaps of kids & kittens, and endless chores.

daily rituals

Working on the ambulance, chatting with clients, socializing our kitties, on the back of a horse, and saving healthy recipes I'll probably never make :)

Treating animals like a Build A Bear store, room temperature coffee, and surprise pranks.

I'm NOT ABOUT:

New connections, matching kittens to the right people, realistic expectations, and improving our breeding programs.

I BELIEVE IN:

Drawing from my experience in raising equine athletes, I started my Maine Coon program with an emphasis on health, genetics, and disposition.

Focusing on long term health and client relationships have always been our core values. I am proud to continue this with Top Shelf Maine Coons.

But.....
as cheesy as it sounds,
this loss gave us something...
